When you click the "Purchase" button, you're redirected to Stripe's secure payment gateway — GTAUploads never sees or stores your credit card information.

However, the Rockstar Social Club Emblem Creator is NOT mobile friendly ✗. Rockstar's official tool requires a desktop browser with Developer Tools access.

Mobile users have three options:

• Purchase a Subscription (Non-Trial) and utilize our Automatic Generator to let the bot handle the upload process for you.
• Generate the SVG code on your phone, then email it to yourself and complete the upload on a windows computer

Yes, the website is 100% custom built by GTAUploads.

The emblem generator was originally based on Flashback GTA's Emblem Generator v1.1. We've since completely overhauled it with:

• Higher resolution output (crisper emblems)
• Faster generation times (typically under 2 seconds)
• Auto-optimization for Rockstar's SVG requirements
• Modern, user-friendly interface
• Manual mode for advanced users

You can download the Original Emblem Generator Script v1.1 for reference, but we recommend using our updated version for better results and compatibility with today's Rockstar Social Club.

Yes! We Do! Years ago, only two sites (GTAEmblems which no longer exists and the now-defunct GTA-S) had the technical capability to auto-upload directly to Rockstar Social Club.

We have successfully managed to implement such a feature and now, GTAUploads offers one-click emblem publishing directly to your Rockstar crew.

This feature is currently in its BETA phase so if it does not work, it may need to have its cookies updated.

GTAUploads is committed to protecting your privacy. We do NOT store, sell, share, or disclose:

• Payment card details (processed entirely by Stripe)
• Customer identity information beyond username/email
• Billing addresses or ZIP codes
• Dates of birth
• Imported emblem files (deleted after conversion)
• Generated SVG code (not permanently stored)

What we do retain (securely encrypted):

• Username and email address (for account management)
• Transaction IDs (for support and refunds)
• Encrypted account password

Your information is treated as confidential and is never made publicly available. We take privacy and data security seriously.

💳 Payment & Subscription Issues

• I purchased a subscription but my account did not activate:
  → Did you stay on the payment page until it redirected you back to GTAUploads dashboard? Closing the tab or clicking away before the redirect completes is the #1 cause of failed activations.
  → If you were redirected but still don't see active status, wait 2-3 minutes and refresh your dashboard. Stripe sometimes has slight delays.
  → If neither works, contact us on Discord with your transaction ID (found in your Stripe email receipt).
• My payment isn't going through / card declined:
  Stripe handles all payments securely. If your card is declined, common reasons include:
  → Insufficient funds
  → Card issuer flagged it as suspicious (international transaction)
  → Incorrect billing address or CVV
  → Card expired
  → Daily limit reached on your card
  
  Solutions: Try another card, use a different payment method, or contact your bank. We cannot override Stripe's decline decisions for security reasons.
• I was charged but my account still says "Free Trial" / "Expired":
  First, check your email for a Stripe receipt. If you have one, send it in our Discord. Manual activations can take up to 2 hours during peak times.
• Can I get a refund?
  Due to the digital nature of our service (instant access after payment), we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the generator, contact us on Discord and we'll review your case individually.

🔐 Account Access Issues

• I forgot my password:
  → Go to the Password Recovery page
  → Enter the email address associated with your GTAUploads account
  → Click "Reset Password"
  → GTAUploads will generate you a new password and email it to you
  → Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from GTAUploads
• I never received my password reset email:
  → Make sure you entered the same email you registered with
  → Check your spam/junk folder
  → If still nothing, join our Discord for manual assistance
• I can log in but my subscription is missing / says expired:
  Subscriptions are tied to your email address. If you registered with a different email for your purchase, you'll need to use that email to log in. Check your Stripe receipt to see which email was used.
  
  If your subscription says expired than it is likely expired for that account, if you have multiple, ensure you're using the correct one.
• If you are having problems with your account or subscription that can't be resolved here, join our discord channel.

🌐 Site Access & Performance Issues

• The site is loading slowly or timing out:
  → Try clearing your browser cache
  → Switch to a different browser (Chrome/Firefox recommended)
  → Check if the site is down for everyone using a service like "Down For Everyone Or Just Me"
  → Our hosting has had 99.9% uptime over 10+ years, but occasional network congestion can happen
• I see a "403 Forbidden" or "Access Denied" error:
  This usually means your IP address was temporarily blocked due to too many requests. Wait 5-10 minutes and try again. Automated tools or rapid refreshing can trigger this.
• The generator page shows a blank white screen:
  → Hard refresh: Press CTRL+F5 (Windows) or CMD+SHIFT+R (Mac)
  → Clear your browser cache and cookies
  → Try in incognito/private mode to rule out extension conflicts

📌 Rockstar Social Club Editor Issues

• Black square / placeholder only: Wait 15-30 seconds after publishing before leaving the page. Rockstar takes time to process the upload. Closing the tab immediately often results in a failed upload.
• Emblem never appears after injection: Make sure you're using a desktop browser (Chrome or Firefox). Mobile browsers lack the Developer Tools console required for SVG injection.
• "Invalid SVG" or console error: Try regenerating the emblem with "Auto-Optimize" enabled. Our algorithm automatically fixes malformed SVG code, improper scaling, and color profile issues.
• "Invalid file" message on upload: Your source image may be too complex. Try simplifying the design, reducing the number of colors, or using a smaller file size (under 1MB recommended).
• Emblem shows in editor but not on crew page: Give it 5-10 minutes. Rockstar's CDN can be slow to propagate emblems across their global network.
  
  If still not showing after 15 minutes: Delete the emblem from both the crew page and the Rockstar editor. Click "Create New" in the editor, paste your code again, press Enter, publish, and wait with the success popup open for 20-30 seconds before navigating away.

🎮 In-Game Emblem Issues (GTA V / GTA Online)

• Invisible Emblem / Emblem not changing in-game: Rockstar's editor explicitly states to wait at least 30 minutes for emblems to appear in-game and on your Social Club crew page. If you've waited 30+ minutes and it appears on the website but not in-game:
  → Try switching to a different crew and back
  → Or close GTA V completely and relaunch the game
• Emblem appears as default Rockstar logo: Rockstar has strict content policies for crew emblems. If your emblem violates their terms (copyrighted material, offensive content, or trademarked logos), they have likely removed it and reverted it to default. There is no notification when this happens.
• Emblem appears too pixelated / blurry in-game: Did you resize your source image to 256x256 pixels before importing? This is a critical step. Rockstar's emblem system is designed for this exact resolution. Larger images get compressed aggressively, resulting in pixelation.
• Emblem colors look wrong in-game: Rockstar's in-game rendering uses a different color profile than web browsers. Try using simpler, high-contrast colors in your original design. Neon/bright colors often render better than dark/muted tones.

⚙️ GTAUploads Generator Issues

• Emblem appears pixelated in the generator preview: Resize your source image to 256x256 pixels before uploading. If that doesn't fix it, try using 8-bit or 16-bit color depth in your image editor before importing. Images with millions of colors can lose detail during SVG conversion.
• Importing a second image doesn't work correctly / preview glitches: This is a known browser caching issue. Simply refresh the page and import your new image. Importing images back-to-back without a page refresh can cause JavaScript conflicts.
• Generator is slow or unresponsive: Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser (Chrome and Firefox work best). Very large images (over 5MB) may take longer to process.
• "Auto-Optimize" makes my emblem look worse: Auto-Optimize is designed for standard images. If you have a very simple design (like text or a basic logo), try turning off Auto-Optimize and using Manual Mode instead with lower smoothing settings.
• The SVG code looks empty or truncated: Make sure you're copying the entire code block. Click "Copy" instead of manually selecting the text. If the problem persists, regenerate the emblem and try again.
• My Emblem keeps finalizing too large: Your emblem is TOO DETAILED, try editing the image and using less Bevel/Emboss or Shadows. Remember, Emblems can be SIMPLER and still look GOOD.

This is a KNOWN issue with our website and we encourage all users to use Android/Windows PC for uploads.

The reasons our site does not work on Apple devices are:

• There are architectural differences between Apple’s WebKit-based browsers (Safari, Chrome for iOS) and Chromium/Blink-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave)
• 1. Stricter Privacy and Tracking Policies – Apple enforces Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP), which restricts third-party cookies and cross-site scripting. This can interrupt session handling, authentication flows, and form validation logic that rely on certain client-side storage mechanisms.
• 2. Differences in JavaScript Engine and Rendering – Safari uses JavaScriptCore, while Chromium uses V8. Subtle discrepancies in ES6+ feature support, CSS flexbox/grid rendering, and WebAPI implementations can cause layout shifts or script failures, particularly with polyfills or legacy code.
• 3. HTTP/2 and TLS Handling – Apple devices prioritize different cipher suites and may reject certain certificate configurations or compression protocols, leading to connection timeouts or resource loading failures.
• 4. Service Worker and Cache Behavior – Safari imposes stricter limits on service worker cache size and lifecycle, which can break offline asset loading or progressive web app (PWA) functionality.

These discrepancies do not indicate a flaw in our site’s mobile support, but rather reflect the fragmented browser landscape—particularly Apple’s unique interpretation of web standards.

We acknowledge this issue and intend to resolve it in a future site update. However, we must be transparent: our development team currently operates exclusively within Windows and Android environments, and none of our engineers use Apple hardware for daily testing. This creates a practical limitation in reproducing and debugging Safari-specific behavior in real time.

In the interim, we recommend Apple users try alternative browsers (e.g., Firefox for iOS) or temporarily access the site via a Windows/Android device if available.
